From Vine to Wine: Harvest 2025 the Texoma Way

Harvest 2025 was one for the books! From the first Grenache pick at The Vineyards at Rancho Sereno to our final Tempranillo harvest, this season was full of energy, teamwork, and incredible fruit. We also bottled new vintages of Clareté, Vino Blanco, Rosé, and Estate Tempranillo — all crafted with care by our amazing volunteer crews.

Harvest season brought an incredible wave of activity, and we want to extend our deepest THANK YOU to all who joined us these past several weeks. Whether you were cheering us on from afar, or helping us out in the vineyard, we couldn't have done this without you!

Despite a bit of rain, our grapes stayed healthy and abundant! Harvest season kicked off at The Vineyards at Rancho Sereno with Grenache for our upcoming Texoma AVA GSM Blend. That was followed by a large Picpoul harvest at Breaking Bud Vineyard, and a strong finish with our very own Tempranillo for our estate wine program. Weekday harvests of Mourvèdre along with Syrah, Tannat, and our Test Vineyard varieties, also took place throughout the month.

While the 2025 fruit came in, we also have bottled over 240 bottles of 2024 wines, including Clareté, Vino Blanco, and Rancho Sereno’s Rosé. Our 2023 reds began moving out of oak for bottling, including our Estate Tempranillo, Vino Tinto, and Gillmore Brothers’ Monastrell. A huge thank you to our volunteer bottling crews who made everything run smoothly in our small production space. We can't wait for these bottles to be in your hands!
